My aim is to help men grow in knowledge of themselves, identify core personal values, and find vocational purpose.
ATHLETES I work with high school (18+) and collegiate athletes navigating life outside of competition— relationship struggles at home, identity formation during the pivotal college years, and setting goals that matter both on the field and off it. An athlete’s identity is often built entirely around performance. When performance dips or ends, so does the sense of self— and that’s exactly where the real work begins.
FIRST RESPONDERS Men who run toward danger for a living rarely have space to process what they’ve seen. I help first responders carry the weight of the job without letting it define or corrode who they are at home.
MEN IN VOCATION Meaningful work is one of the most stabilizing forces in a man’s life. I help men find or regain purpose in their careers.
FATHERS Fatherhood demands structure, presence and responsibility. I help fathers show up as the steady, engaged presence their kids actually need— not the man they’re afraid of becoming, and not the father who checks out.
HUSBANDS Marriage struggles are rarely about the surface issue. I help husbands build the skills— honesty, accountability, and the willingness to sit in discomfort— that make a marriage actually work.
I provide individual in-person and telehealth counseling in a relaxed office, often over coffee.
